ALL of our staff have Passed with 100% on their "Infection Control Training -COVID-19" Provided by the Australian Government Department of Health and have been issued a certificate of completion.
The health and safety of our employees and customers is always our primary concern. We have plans in place to safeguard all parties as well as ensuring service continuity for you, our valued customers. WestPest Pest Control follows the recommendations of the West Australiain Department of Health and the West Australian Government and we will continue to monitor the status of the outbreak and seek guidance from the public health officials and government agencies. When needed, we will provide updates to you on the situation.
What can you expect when WestPest Pest Control Technicians come to visit you?
New procedures have been implemented to reduce the risk of infection for our employees and you as a customer:
- Our technicians are conscious about hand hygiene between each customer visit
- Our technicians will avoid hand greetings with you as a customer
- Our technicians can wear disposable gloves and a mask throughout the visit
- Our technicians will keep a distance of 1.5 meters from you to avoid the risk of infection
- Our technicians and office staff will try to adjust the visit to the customers’ wishes when and where possible
In these times when there is a need for social distancing, we continue to look for solutions that can maintain operations, as well as reduce the risk of infection. WestPest Pest Control has several solutions that can help you as a customer. With an increased focus on hygiene, we are also seeing rising demand for disinfection services and sanitising areas for companies as well as individuals.
